Shipping Cost
We courier nationwide with The Courier Guy, the correct amount will be applied for shipping according to the address it will be send to. All orders placed during the week will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

Collection:
We have a FREE collection point in Centurion, Gauteng.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. Our 5-day return window applies. In other words, you have five days from the time you receive your goods to ask for an exchange or voucher. 

Unfortunately, SALE products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We unfortunately have a non-negotiable no refund policy. We will gladly replace the purchased product if the product is still in stock or credit you in the form of a gift voucher to be used on Honeycomb Clothing Collective online store to the same value as the original purchased product.

Damages & Issues

If you received the incorrect item or something is broken, kindly check your order and get in touch with us right away. We’ll examine the issue and solve it.
